⏳ Structure and Duration
Consisting of a three-phase training program, the course requires a commitment of 6 months when completed in full:
Phase 1 – Awareness Raising (3 Months)
An essential period of self-observation and reflection over three months to discover what the individual needs to learn to be able to do his/her work well.
Phase 2 – Intensive Skills Training (7 Days)
Consists of 13 tailored Modules. The provided manual gives clear, step-by-step instructions and attachments to thoroughly support each module during this intensive central workshop.
Phase 3 – Integration into Daily Practice (3 Months)
Essential to make sure the newly acquired skills are turned into concrete action, and that core self-awareness is permanently strengthened. It takes time to build new, healthy communication habits.
