Phase 4: Follow-up Workshop

Follow-up workshop: Interactive and informed reflection – Experience based learning methods to summarize and anchor learning to daily challenges faced by participants. Further linking of learning to theories, especially on emotionally challenging situations (such as anger, burnout, death and dying, and handling power and bullying).

Duration: ½ – 3½ days

Central place/ full time

Aim: Deepen understanding of issues, especially on emotions. Confirm and appreciate learning; strengthen confidence; empowerment. Skills training, with feedback. Linking participants’ own observations to a number of theories.
